one The invention relates to the fastening of mine workings, in particular, to a method of chemically fixing anchors in a hole with the use of cartridges filled with a binder, as well as to the design of these cartridges. The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of anchoring due to the intensification of mixing of the components of the anchoring substance. Intensification of the mixing of the components of the anchoring agent is achieved by the proposed method, the technology of which is as follows. A cartridge with an anchoring substance is inserted into the hole, the liquid components of which are placed separately, and pushed it to the bottom of the hole. Then the cartridge is compressed, pressing on the mixer with the anchor rod, in this case the mixer destroys the shell of the cartridge and creates movements. The flows of components of the anchoring substance, which, splitting into intersecting jets, are intensively mixed. A well-mixed anchoring agent after curing acquires high strength properties. This method can be carried out with the help of a cartridge of a new design, in which the mixer is made in one piece with its body. Figure 1 shows a cartridge with a mixer of porous inorganic material; figure 2 - the same, with a mixer containing a lot of pieces of glass; on fig.Z - the same, with a mixer placed in the bottom part of the cartridge; Fig. 4 is the same, with a gap between the mixer and the components of the anchoring substance. The cartridge consists of a cylindrical body 1, which is made of an elastic material and contains separately placed components of the fixing substance, and a mixer 2. The latter is made in one piece with the body 1 of the cartridge in the form of a three-dimensional permeable fluid for the matrix with through non-linear channels communicating between by myself. Each of 282 components of an anchoring substance have a viscosity inversely proportional to its volume. Figure 1 shows a cartridge, the cylindrical body 1 of which is made of plastic, filled with a liquid component of synthetic resin 3. The partition 4 has incisions to facilitate breaking of the cartridge. On the surface of the mixer 2 of porous inorganic material there is a hardener for the liquid component 3 of the fixing agent. The Korfta anchor rod (not shown) presses on the end 5 of the mixer 2, the latter forcibly enters the body 1 and crushes the partition 4. As a result, the liquid component 3 flows through the mixer, mixed with the hardener, and after leaving the mixer, the anchoring agent wraps around the end of the anchor rod and secures it in the hole. Figure 2 shows the cartridge, which has a mixer 2, containing a lot of pieces of glass, and a rupture disk 6 with spikes facing the ruptured partition 4. In FIG. 3, the cartridge is inserted into the hole with the mixer 2 forward and the destroyed body 1 is placed behind it. The housing 1 is filled with liquid synthetic resin 3, and the liquid hardener is contained in capsules 7. Several metal struts 8 are inserted into mixer 2, which are attached at one end to the rupture disk 6 and protrude with the other for the mixer and contact with the bottom of the hole. When the cartridge is crushed, both components flow through the mixer, mix in it and fix the end of the anchor rod in the hole. Fig. 4 shows a cartridge similar to that in Fig. 1 except for the presence of a spacer sleeve 9 inserted into the housing 1 to create a gap between the mixer 2 and the part of the housing 1 filled with the liquid component 3.
